The Truth Behind the “Crazy” Label 😔
You’re a mom. You’re strong, nurturing, and capable.
But some days… you feel like you’re falling apart on the inside while wearing a calm face on the outside.
If anyone knew what was really going on in your mind would they understand?
That’s the silent war so many healing mothers face. Not because they’re weak. Not because they’re broken. But because the trauma they’ve carried was never theirs to begin with. 💔
Reframing the Stigma 🌱
Let’s gently shift the perspective here. In today’s world, mental health is slowly becoming more talked about and while some embrace the conversation, others still shy away from it or view it through a lens of misunderstanding. It can feel like people are either cheering you on or quietly judging you. But here’s a truth worth sitting with:
It’s never really about what they think of you… it’s about what you think of you. 💭
So many people often without realizing it internalize the opinions, glances, or subtle cues of others. Even on a subconscious level, we start to feel how we imagine people see us… and that can shape how we show up. But guess what?
You don’t have to carry that. What someone else thinks of you is often just a reflection of the healing they haven’t done yet.
When you begin to see things through this lens, it becomes easier to step into your truth with more compassion for yourself and even for others.
You’re Not Crazy! You’re Sensitive, Aware, and Powerful 💫
If you’ve ever been made to feel like something’s “wrong” with you for struggling with your mental health here’s a little seed I want to plant 🌸:
You’re not crazy! You’re carrying something powerful that just hasn’t been balanced yet. What you’re feeling is emotional sensitivity and that’s not a flaw, it’s a signal. A strength. A doorway to healing.
In fact, some of the most intuitive, creative, and emotionally intelligent people out there have experienced deep emotional wounds. It’s only when we don’t yet know how to navigate those emotions that things feel heavy, overwhelming, or out of control. But that doesn’t mean you’re broken.
With the right tools, awareness, and support, you can learn how to step back, observe your emotions, and not be consumed by them. That’s when the shift begins. That’s when you realize:
“I was never crazy. I was wounded and now I’m healing. Now I have power in the situation.” 🦋
It's about balance, self-awareness, and learning to detach just enough to find your peace. And that journey? That’s emotional intelligence and it's a beautiful, transformative thing.
Journal Prompt 📓

What do you want to believe instead?
Positive Affirmation 💗
“I am not broken, I am becoming.
I release the need to be understood by others,
and choose to understand myself.”
Mindfulness Moment 🧘♀️
Today’s Practice: Healing Frequency 🎶
Try listening to a healing frequency sound bath while lying down or sitting comfortably.
🌀 Recommendation: 528Hz the “Love Frequency” for emotional healing.
Let the sound gently wash over you. Focus on your breath. No need to “fix” anything, just allow the sound to work with your energy. Even 5 minutes is powerful.
